3 - 6 pm - Arrive by airport shuttle or car and check in at Earthshine or AirBnBs.

5 - 6:15 pm - Rehearsal dinner (wedding party & immediate family only; don’t worry we will make sure you know if you’re supposed to be there).

6 pm - Earthshine cookout for dinner.

6:30 pm - Wedding one-shot RPG in the lodge upstairs. RSVP on form to the right.

Other games, firepits, and open social time available throughout the night.

Friday night is BYOB (but no glass!) and we will have some drinks available in coolers. We need to be respectful of consolidating recycling and keeping the property clean. Recycling bins and a few coolers will be available.

Most of Saturday is open time with opt-in activities. Feel free to go off exploring the Blue Ridge Mtns, play games, relax in the hammocks, or walk on the miles of trails on the Earthshine property.

7:30 am - Coffee available.

9:30 - 10:30 am - Breakfast.

9 am - Gentle morning yoga class on the deck overlooking the mountains. We can accommodate if you aren’t able to bring a yoga mat with you. $15/person (pay to @ilariarm on Venmo).

9 am, 11 am, or 1 pm - Hike with llamas in the hills around Earthshine. Short (0.7 mi round trip) walk, $35/person (pay to @ilariarm on Venmo). Please reference the table below to see which hike you are part of.

12 - 1 pm - Lunch at Earthshine. Let us know if you plan to be away for lunch and don’t need one.

5:30 pm - Ceremony begins. Please be seated by 5:15 pm.

6 pm onwards - Dinner & reception in Lodge, followed by open social, bonfire, & s’mores time.

7 - 9 am - Coffee available at 7 am, breakfast 8 - 9:30 am.

Check out of Earthshine by 11 am.
